Trainee & Experienced Diamond Drillers & Concrete Cutters Needed

We are hiring:

• Trainee drilling & sawing operatives
• Experienced Diamond Drillers

We are looking for candidates to work with us in both our main stream construction and infrastructure projects. Working at UK Military and Civilian Airports, MOD Facilities, Infrastructure Projects and general sites in the UK. This work will include using remote controlled machinery for controlled demolition, diamond drilling and various sawing techniques to form cuts through concrete roads, pavements, floor slabs and walls, joint sealing concrete pavements, highways and airfield aprons and thin bond concrete patch repairs.

You will be mentored alongside our experienced operatives

Essential requirements

• Be 21 years or older
• Have a full clean UK driving license
• Must be flexible for day, night & weekend shifts as required
• Hard working, reliable, dependable and fit
• Quick learner who follows instructions well
• Work within strict health and safety environments.
• Ambitious, driven, work well within a team and also as an individual
• Be keen to learn a new trade

 Preferred, but not essential qualities

• Have some experience using plant/machinery/power tools
• Have some building experience
• Live locally (within 30 miles of Farnborough)
• Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card holder
• Provide references for the last 5 years, continual employment history – required to gain security clearance at airport and MOD facilities

Pay rate

From £15.00 per hour dependent on experience (based on average 8.5hr day). Generous overtime rates.
