Castle and Pryor are your perfect Data Centre Infrastructure partner. Using our electrical or battery powered machinery and utilising diamond cutting technology, we can drill, cut, breakout, dig and remove spoil generated to prepare reinforced concrete structures. Using our various services, we can partner with you to help create the ideal space and environment for your data centre, helping to move it from conception to operational.
We can:
We can create accurate and precise chases and recesses in your floors and walls to accept electrical, data, fire and alarm service cabling. We can provide this service with complete dust control using dust vac units using Hepa 3 filters technology. Utilising our robotic demolition equipment, floor chases and recesses can be broken out remotely avoiding HAV exposure tor the operators.
We can form trenches and rebates in floors to accept new or redirect existing services such as HV power, drainage, data cabling, and air conditioning. Using our fully electrical or battery powered equipment we can form the trench using 3-phase powered floor saws and breakout the concrete within the trench using a 3-phase powered robotic demolition machine. Then we can dig out the spoil and soft substrate below the slab using battery powered 360 machines and remove the soil using our battery powered walk behind dumpers.

We can form any size hole in concrete or masonry with minimum disruption, utilising our diamond drilling equipment. Holes can be formed accurately, cleanly and without disturbance to surrounding structures. Holes linked together in a stitch drilled pattern can be used to form irregular shaped openings and apertures in deep structures/materials. Combined with our fixing supply, fit and pull testing services we can drill the hole, install the fixing and test to ensure meets required standard. Ideal for fixing hand rails, equipment bases, balustrades and base plates.
Design Stage – Preliminary / Ultimate Load testing
We can provide load testing to a specific rating or to failure. This will establish the specification of fixing required and allow changes to be made before build/installation stage.
Installation Stage – Proof Load testing
After installation and to meet build regulations and specifications, fixings and/or anchors will often require inspection and testing by an approved independent contractor. Consequently, we can fulfil this and attend site at short notice and test a given percentage to ensure design specifications are met. If they pass, we can provide test certificates to allow project sign offs.
We offer various forms of floor preparation, including Planing, Grinding and Shot Blasting. These techniques, when applied, leave a clean, textured and uncontaminated floor surface ready to accept new floor finishes.
Using our Demolition Robots, we can remove screed floor coverings quickly and efficiently avoiding HAV exposure. Any area well adhered areas of screed or membranes found below the screed can be removed using either Floor Planning or Grinding techniques.
We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service, ensuring that all aspects of your Data Centre Infrastructure is set up to your exact specifications, quickly, safely, and at a great price:
