Precision Diamond Stitch Drilling in Surrey
Testimonial
“Appreciate the job your guys did today. Really impressed with how quickly they got on, considering the depth of concrete being deeper than anticipated. Please pass on my thanks again to them, and thank you for all your help and organising the job.”

Scope of Work
Amazon Filters provide filtration solutions to help companies in the process industry to do more with less. They turned to Castle & Pryor for help when they needed an area prepared in reinforced concrete for the installation of a new press machine.
What We Did
Castle & Pryor needed to execute precise structural modifications, to ensure an exact fit for the new machine.
Our team started by diamond stitch drilling 12 holes at 107mm diameter through a 300mm reinforced concrete slab. Diamond stitch drilling is when you link single holes together to form a linear line. The holes are normally lapped by a small margin in order to maximise on the length per hole ratio to form the given line. It’s a multi functional technique that is quiet, non-percussive and precise.
We then broke out the centre of the area using our Hilti TE 1000-AVR TE-S demolition hammer, excavating to a depth of 500mm.
Every step was completed with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the site was ready for the new equipment without delays or budget overruns—another example of Castle & Pryor delivering specialist solutions for complex industrial requirements.
