Scope of Works
Castle & Pryor were engaged by Taylor Coopers Construction Ltd to provide specialist support at The Capitol Building in Bracknell, Berkshire. The requirement was to carry out precision core drilling through a reinforced concrete roof slab to create openings for new building services.
What We Did
Castle and Pryor was tasked with forming a 200mm diameter, 250mm deep hole through a reinforced concrete roof slab as part of a critical project requirement. We collaborated closely with the client, who provided essential assistance with water control to ensure a safe and efficient process.
Using specialist diamond drilling equipment, we delivered a clean, accurate cut with minimal disruption to surrounding structures. The operation was completed on time and to specification, demonstrating our commitment to precision and reliability.
